Під час публікації в електронній системі закупівель було вказано очікувану вартість предмету закупівлі без урахування ПДВ, тоді як Оголошенням про проведення відбору учасників за переговорною процедурою закупівлі для потреб оборони (п.4) передбачено очікувану вартість закупівлі з урахуванням ПДВ.
