Києві) з підстави, що передбачена згідно з ч. 19 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель – замовник не зазначив вимогу, яка є необхідною для організаційної роботи, а саме надання підтвердження права інтелектуальної власності на дану програму.
