Description:

Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються на підставі видаткової накладної Постачальника, яка виписується у відповідності до замовлення Покупця та специфікації. Покупець здійснює оплату за одержаний Товар шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом десяти робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, зокрема з урахуванням підпункту 2 пункту 14 розділу VI "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Бюджетного кодексу України, підкріплення з ЄКР, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок, підкріплення з ЄКР. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Замовника не застосовуються. Всі розрахунки по даному Договору здійснюються безготівково в національній валюті України - гривні, згідно наданих Постачальником видаткових накладних.
