Послуги на постачання програмного забезпечення з функцією "iGov" (ТМ) -Система електронного документообігу "Айдок"

14 грудня 2020 року Замовником було оголошено спрощену закупівлю за предметом послуги на постачання програмного забезпечення I-GOV, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – код ДК 021:2015: 48810000-9 - … Інформаційні системи, ідентифікатор- UA-2020-12-14-002973-a. Проте, закупівля не відбулась через відсутність учасників. Відтак, 04.01.2021 року було повторно оголошено закупівлю за вищезазначеним предметом, ідентифікатор - UA-2021-01-04-000156-a, яка також не відбулась через відсутність учасників. Відповідно п.1 ч.7 ст.3 Закону, якщо було двічі відмінено спрощену закупівлю через відсутність учасників, придбання замовником товарів, робіт і послуг, вартість яких дорівнює або перевищує 50 тисяч гривень та є меншою за вартість, що встановлена у пунктах 1 та 2 частини першої цієї статті, здійснюється без застосування порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, встановленого цим Законом.
