Description:

Оплата вартості наданих Послуг здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів в національній валюті України у безготівковій формі на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами акту прийому-передачі наданих послуг. У разі затримки фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання замовником фінансування на свій рахунок. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються відповідно до надходження бюджетних коштів. Замовник бере бюджетні зобов’язання за договором та проводить видатки тільки в межах бюджетних асигнувань, встановлених кошторисом.
