Відміна з підстави, що передбачена згідно з пп.2 п.17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель (Згідно з вимогами розпорядження КМУ від 24 березня 2021 року №233-р «про визначення державного підприємства «Українські спеціальні системи» централізованою закупівельною організацією» тендери та закупівлі за рамковими угодами товарі, визначених у додатку 1 до розпорядження, в інтересах замовників-міністерств та інших центральних органів виконавчої влади, визначених у додатку 2 до розпорядження, з 24.03.2021 року в обов’язковому порядку проводяться державним підприємством «Українські спеціальні системи»).
