Description:

Розрахунки за Договором здійснюються в національній валюті у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів Замовником на банківський рахунок Постачальника на протязі 10-ти банківських днів з моменту отримання Товару згідно видаткової накладної. Розрахунки за поставлені Товари здійснюються на підставі Бюджетного Кодексу України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за Товар здійснюватиметься на протязі 10-ти банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Замовник має право на відстрочку платежу у разі відсутності бюджетного фінансування. Грошові зобов’язання Замовника перед Постачальником вважаються виконаними в момент зарахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, вказаний ним у Договорі.
