Місцезнаходження замовника - 92900, Луганська обл., Кремінський район, місто Кремінна, ВУЛИЦЯ … ПІДДУБНА, будинок 18. Категорія замовника - підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені у пункті 3 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (юридична особа, яка забезпечує потреби держави або територіальної громади). Вид закупівлі - спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки - єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної закупівлі є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%), оцінка пропозицій проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель на основі критерію і методики оцінки, зазначених у цьому оголошенні, та шляхом застосування електронного аукціону.

У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за наданий Товар здійснюється протягом 15 робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
