Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником партіями, за заявкою Покупця, підписаною уповноваженою особою, (далі - Заявка), шляхом передачі Постачальником Покупцю талонів.Строк поставки Товару - Постачальник зобов’язаний передати Покупцю талони протягом … 3-х (трьох) календарних днів з дати отримання Постачальником Заявки в порядку визначеному Договором.Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Покупцем впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання партії Товару (якщо інше не визначено Договором) на підставі підписаних Сторонами видаткових накладних та за умови надання Постачальником відповідних супровідних документів на Товар.
