Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються щомісячно у розмірі 100% (ста відсотків) протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, за умови реєстрації податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу, та на підставі виставленого Оператором рахунку фактури. Якщо Оператор не є платником Податку на додану вартість, умови в частині реєстрації Оператором усіх належним чином оформлених податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних не застосовуються.
