Explanation

Аргументованими підставами щодо рішення відмінити дану закупівлі стало наступне: була допущена помилка , яку не має можливості виправити. Таким чином керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» стаття 14 «неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель» , а саме була невірно подана специфікація по пластинах ТШХ , тому було прийнято рішення про відміну конкурсних торгів.
