У зв’язку із наявністю підстав для відміни спрощеної закупівлі канцелярських товарів згідно з ДК 021-2015: 30190000-7 — Офісне устаткування та приладдя різне, а саме пропущенням строку розгляду найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції, який не повинен перевищувати п’ять робочих днів з дня завершення електронного аукціону згідно ч. 11 ст. 14 Закону, та необхідністю вжиття у зв’язку з цим заходів, передбачених ч. 19 ст. 14 Закону, з метою дотримання принципів здійснення публічних закупівель та недискримінації учасників прийнято рішення відмінити спрощену закупівлю.
