У зв’язку із наявністю підстав для відміни спрощеної закупівлі, відповідно до службової записки управління справами ТОВСЛ-21-16470 від 28.05.2021 щодо відміни закупівлі в зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби згідно оприлюдненого технічного завдання за предметом закупівлі – Питна вода (Вода бутильована) прийняте рішення відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно ч 17 ст 14 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт чи послуг.
