У зв'язку невірним розрахунком об’єму постачання природного газу необхідно внести зміни в закупівлю природного газу на 2021 рік. Оскільки замовник не має можливості внести зміни до оголошення про закупівлю на етапі прийому пропозицій, процедуру спрощеної закупівлі необхідно відмінити на підставі ч.17 ст. 14 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі».
