Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші … характеристики предмета закупівлі. Вимоги до предмета закупівлі – вказано в однойменному файлі, який додається. Оцінка пропозицій проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель на основі одного критерію - ціна пропозиції (питома вага критерію – 100%). Надання забезпечення пропозицій учасників- забезпечення пропозиції, у вигляді електронної банківської гарантії на суму 5200,00 грн. Строк дії забезпечення пропозиції – протягом 90 днів із дати кінцевого строку подання пропозицій. Електронна банківська гарантія надається одночасно з поданням пропозиції.
