Звіт про договір про закупівлю, укладений без використання електронної системи закупівель UA-2020-12-21-000727-b відмінено, відповідно ч.2 пункту 17 ст.14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (процедура закупівлі відміняється замовником у разі … неможливості усунення порушень , що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель), а саме через припущення технічної, механічної помилки.
