Керуючись п.3.11, п.3.12, п.3.13 «Порядку закупівель підприємствами Державного концерну «Укроборонпром», затвердженого Наказом ДК «Укроборонпром» від 29.11.2019 № 333 (у редакції наказу ДК «Укроборонпром» від 25.02.2021 № 76) та введеним в дію на ДП «Авіакон» наказом від 27.12.2019 №488, враховуючи службову записку Ініціатора закупівлі щодо відміни Конкурсу, у зв’язку з відсутністю фінансування, на підставі п. 10.36(2), п.10.38 вищевказаного Порядку та відповідно до п.10 Конкурсної документації по даній закупівлі: - Відмінити Конкурс UA-2021-04-27-001962-b у зв’язку з відсутністю фінансування. -Оприлюднити дане рішення Відповідальної особи в системі електронних закупівель «Prozorro», протягом 1 дня.
