Розрахунки проводяться шляхом здійснення оплати Споживачем після пред’явлення Водоканалом рахунку-акту наданих послуг за наданні послуги, які Водоканал пред’являє 1 раз на місяць в кінці звітного періоду. Споживач зобов’язаний сплатити рахунок-акт за наданні послуги протягом 5 банківських днів з моменту отримання рахунку-акту. В іншому випадку Споживач зобов’язаний сплатити пеню у розмирі 1% за кожен день прострочення платежу але не більше подвійної облікової ставки НБУ, що діяла у період, за який сплачується пеня.
