Explanation

Відповідно до п.2 ч.17 ст.14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю у разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, які неможливо усунути, а саме: не укладення договору про закупівлю з учасником, який визнаний переможцем спрощеної закупівлі, протягом 20 днів з дня прийняття рішення про намір укласти договір про закупівлю. З урахуванням зазначеного, керуючись п.2 ч.17 ст.14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», вирішено відмінити спрощену закупівлю.
