Розрахунки за виконані проектні роботи Замовник здійснює протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акту здачі-приймання виконаних проектних робіт, за умови реєстрації Генпроектувальником податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Генпроектувальником рахунку фактури. Якщо Генпроектувальник не є платником Податку на додану вартість, умови в частині реєстрації Генпроектувальником усіх належним чином оформлених податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних не застосовуються.
