Розрахунки за надані послуги Замовник здійснює протягом протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання-передачі наданих послуг, за умови реєстрації податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу, та на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку фактури. Якщо Виконавець не є платником Податку на додану вартість, умови в частині реєстрації Виконавцем усіх належним чином оформлених податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних не застосовуються.
