Відповідно, відсутня можливість укладення договору про закупівлю на умовах, які не відрізняються від умов, визначених у замовленні/запиті ціни пропозиції, що передбачено п. 66 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінета Міністрів від 14.09.2020 № 822.
