У разi затримки бюджетного фiнансування розрахунок за послуги здiйснюється протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) робочих днiв з дати отримання Покупцем фiнансування з місцевого бюджету на свiй рахунок, при цьому Покупець не несе вiдповiдальнiстъ за затримку сплати коштiв.
