Розрахунок Замовник проводить на підставі актів наданих послуг.Взяття бюджетних та фінансових зобов’язань за договором здійснюються відповідно до ст.48 Бюджетного кодексу України та «Порядку реєстрації та обліку бюджетних зобов’язань розпорядників бюджетних коштів та одержувачів бюджетних коштів в органах Державної казначейської служби України», затвердженого наказом Міністерства фінансів України від 02.03.2012 № 309 (зі змінами). Якщо у ході надання послуг виявляється неможливість досягнення результату внаслідок обставин, що не залежать від Виконавця, Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити послуги, проведені до виявлення неможливості отримати передбачені договором результати, за цінами, визначеними договором.
