Замовником було оголошено … спрощену закупівлю послуг у сфері охорони здоров’я (ВІЛ), за номерами UA-2021-04-21-003921-a та UA-2021-04-30-005500-b, які були відмінені через відсутність учасників. Враховуючи вищенаведене, закупівля може бути здійснена на підставі пункту 1 частини 7 статті 3 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: якщо було двічі відмінено спрощену закупівлю через відсутність учасників.
