Description:

Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються за підсумками поточного місяця за фактично надані послуги після надання Виконавцем акту наданих послуг з документами і файлами, зазначеними в п. 3.7 Договору. Оплата наданих Виконавцем та прийнятих Замовником послуг здійснюється Замовником в безготівковій формі (КПКВК 0117370 «Реалізація інших заходів щодо соціально-економічного розвитку територій», КЕКВ 2282 «Окремі заходи по реалізації державних (регіональних) програм, не віднесені до заходів розвитку») протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня надання послуг на підставі акту наданих послуг, підписаного Сторонами. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій поточний рахунок та/або можливості здійснити платежі.
