У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за Товар здійснюється протягом 5-ти банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетних асигнувань на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Розрахунки здійснюються у безготівковому вигляді за формою платіжного доручення на підставі видаткової накладної.
