Explanation

Відмінити спрощену закупівлю на підставі пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель. Службовою запискою від 29.06.2021 № 336/15-1 служба метрологічного забезпечення, ініціатор Закупівлі, відповідальна за виконання договору, повідомила уповноважену особу про те, що 4 одиниці газоаналізаторів вийшли з ладу та потребують ремонту із калібруванням; також Закупівлею ремонт газоаналізаторів не передбачений та опис потрібних послуг згідно технічної специфікації інформації про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі (Додаток 2 до оголошення) та проєкту договору про закупівлю (Додаток 3 до оголошення) є не повним.
