Замовник здійснює оплату за фактично надані послуги з розподілу електричної енергії на період дії положень Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.12.2020 року №1198 " Про внесення змін до постанов Кабінетц Міністрів України від 4 грудня 2019 р. № 1070 і від 22 липня 2020 року №641 " згідно п. 15-1 постанови КМУ від 22.07.2020 р. № 641 щодо заборони на період дії карантину здійснення розпорядниками ( одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти. Замовник оплачує послуги з розподілу електричної енергії протягом 5- ти робочих днів з дня отримання рахунка."
