Розрахунок за поставлений Товар (партію Товару) Покупець здійснює протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання сторонами видаткової накладної, за умови реєстрації Постачальником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Постачальником рахунку фактури. Якщо Постачальник не є платником податку на додану вартість: Розрахунок за поставлений Товар (партію Товару) Покупець здійснює протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) банківських днів з дати підписання сторонами видаткової накладної, та на підставі виставленого Постачальником рахунку фактури.
