Description:

Розрахунки проводяться відповідно до розрахунку вартості послуг (Додаток 2) шляхом оплати Замовником фактично наданих послуг безготівковим перерахуванням коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 7-ми робочих днів із дня отримання рахунку та акту прийому-передачі наданих послуг (надалі – Акт) та по мірі надходження бюджетних коштів на реєстраційний рахунок. Разом з Актом Виконавець надає оригінал газетної сторінки з відповідною публікацією. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за надані Послуги здійснюються Замовником протягом 7-ми (семи) робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування послуг за Договором на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Замовника не застосовуються.
