Description:

замовник проводить оплату вартості виконаних робіт на підставі акта приймання-передачі виконаних робіт протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати підписання акта за умови надходження фактичного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок замовника у 2021 році. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку замовника бюджетного фінансування видатків, призначених на оплату робіт, замовник проводить оплату виконаних робіт протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок замовника. Оплата робіт здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахунку коштів на розрахунковий рахунок виконавця.
