Description:

Оплата здійснюється в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Виконавця протягом 30 робочих днів після надходження коштів з бюджету на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника для фінансування зазначених робіт на підставі підписаного акту здачі-приймання робіт, згідно фактично виконаних обсягів. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після пред’явлення Виконавцем рахунка на оплату робіт, акту виконаних робіт по здійсненню технічного нагляду та переліку виконавчої документації, наданої підрядником. Остаточний розрахунок у розмірі 20 відсотків від суми договору проводиться після отримання сертифікату відповідності закінченого реконструкцією об’єкта або декларації про готовність об'єкта до експлуатації.
