Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику новий Товар, тобто – такий, що не був в експлуатації, якість якого відповідає стандартам, існуючим в країні виробника на аналогічні товари, нормам і стандартам, законодавчо встановленим на території України, а … також вимогам встановленим в оголошенні про проведення закупівлі та не мати дефектів товарного виду. Учасник повинен обов’язково надати у складі пропозиції інформацію (довідка/лист), яка підтверджує відповідність пропозиції учасника технічним, якісним, кількісним та іншим вимогам, встановленим Замовником у Технічній специфікації (Додаток 1 до Оголошення). Місце поставки товару вказано в Оголошенні .
