Товар має бути не пошкоджений, упаковка повинна відповідати вимогам, встановленим до даного … виду товару і захищати товари від псування під час перевезення (доставки) та зберігання. Доставка товару здійснюється власними силами Постачальника. Розрахунки за товар проводяться Замовником у безготівковому порядку протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати поставки товару шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
