Description:

Поставка товару протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів від дати укладання договору. Оплата за партію Товару здійснюється шляхом перерахування грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Покупця протягом 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання видаткової накладної на відповідну партію Товару. У разі затримки строку оплати товару згідно договору через відсутність коштів Фонду, з якого фінансується Покупець для оплати товару на рахунок Продавця, штрафні санкції не застосовуються, а надається додатково 20-денний термін для виконання зобов’язання, з моменту отримання письмової вимоги про виконання зобов’язання Покупцем
