Description:

Оплата здійснюється по факту закінчення виконання робіт. Виконавець надає Замовнику Акти приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формами КБ-3 та КБ-2в, оформлені належним чином. Оплата за виконані роботи проводиться після виконання усіх робіт за Договором, протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з моменту підписання форми КБ-3 та форми КБ-2в. Замовник: Акціонерне товариство "Укрпошта", місцезнаходження: 01001, м. Київ, вул. Хрещатик, будинок 22, ЄДРПОУ 21560045, категорія: юридична особа, яка здійснює діяльність в окремих сферах господарювання. Найменування закупівельника: АТ "Укрпошта" в особі Хмельницької дирекції. Код ЄДРПОУ: 21344146. Місцезнаходження Закупівельника: 29007, Україна, Хмельницька область, м. Хмельницький, вул. Проскурівська, 90. Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - зазначена у Додатку 2 до документації спрощеної закупівлі (Вимог до предмету закупівлі).
