У зв’язку з допущенням технічної помилки в документації щодо закупівлі Паперу А-4 по лотам, 30190000-7 за ДК 021:2015 Єдиного закупівельного словника, є необхідність у відміні вищевказаної закупівлі. Таким чином Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону оскільки неможливо усунути порушення,що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства із питань публічних закупівель.
