Description:

Оплата робіт проводяться шляхом поетапної оплати Замовником по факту виконаних робіт протягом 10 банківських днів після підписання актів приймання-передачі виконаних робіт, при умові надходження коштів з джерел фінансування на даний Об’єкт та на підставі підписаних Сторонами актів форми №КБ-2в та довідок форми №КБ-3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за виконані роботи здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Застосовані критерії оцінки - Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної закупівлі є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%). Вид закупівлі-спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених частиною другою статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зазначені у пункті 4 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 1 мільйон гривень, а робіт - 5 мільйонів гривень.
