Закупівлю здійснюємо з метою забезпечення здійснення деяких заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню та поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій гострої распіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненою коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2 на території України згідно Постанови КМУ від 20.03.2020 року №225 (зі змінами) та відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII (в редакції Закону України від 01.07.2021року №1599-IX). Місцезнаходження замовника та його категорія: вул. Парківська,16/2 м. Конотоп, Сумська область, Україна, 41600 Категорія 3) підприємства, установи, організації зазначені у пункті 3 частини 1 статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
