Description:

Оплата Вартості наданих Послуг здійснюється Замовником на підставі підписаних Сторонами актів наданих послуг протягом 5 (п`яти) банківських днів від дати їх підписання Замовником. Розрахунки за Договором між Замовником та Виконавцем здійснюються у національній валюті України – гривні, в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця. Замовник звільняється від відповідальності за порушення строків оплати наданих Послуг, якщо таке порушення спричинено ненадходженням коштів та /або відсутністю фінансування видатків Замовника з Державного бюджету України. В такому випадку розрахунки за надані Послуги здійснюються Замовником протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з моменту фактичного надходження коштів на поточний рахунок Замовника на фінансування закупівлі.
