Згідно статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. Замовник здійснює оплату шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок виконавця у розмірі повної вартості наданих послуг не пізніше 10-ти робочих днів після повного виконання послуг, згідно отриманих актів виконання послуг. У випадку затримки оплати (відсутність фінансування), Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату послуг протягом 10-ти робочих днів з моменту фінансування.
