Під час розгляду пропозицій Учасників, Замовником було виявлено невідповідність в технічних вимогах зазначеного найменування товару предмета закупівлі, а саме: Манометр МП-5-160 0..10 кгс/см2. Потрібний товар предмета закупівлі - Манометр МП-5-250 0..10 кгс/см2. У зв’язку з відсутністю можливості усунення невідповідності та внесення зміни до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі та вимог до предмета закупівлі та не допущення порушень принципів здійснення публічних закупівель та недискримінаці
