Розрахунки за виконані роботи будуть здійснюватися із урахуванням положень Загальних умов на підставі акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт форми №КБ-2 та довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт форми № КБ-3, платежами в міру виконання робіт. Остаточний розрахунок здійснюється Замовником після пред'явлення Підрядником рахунка на оплату робіт (далі - рахунок) та після підписання Сторонами акта приймання виконаних робіт.
