Закупівля дезинфікуючого засобу для рук була запланована як спрощена закупівля. Але після оголошення на електронному майданчику дана закупівля відобразилась як допорогова. У зв'язку з неможливістю усунути дане порушення прийнято рішення скасувати закупівлю відповідно до п.2. ч.17 ст.14 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі".
