Description:
Умови оплати – після оплата у безготівковому вигляді. Розрахунки за поставлений товар проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату товару (згідно п.7 ст.51 Бюджетного кодексу України – за фактом поставки товару). Для проведення оплати до рахунка додається накладна на товар. Замовник здійснює оплату за поставлений товар в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються на підставі ст..49 Бюджетного кодексу України з відтермінуванням платежу до 30 банківських днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за отриманий товар здійснюються протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання замовником бюджетного фінансування на розрахунковий рахунок.
