Description

Платіжне доручення, яке підтверджує внесення Постачальником забезпечення виконання Договору, надається Замовнику не пізніше дати укладення Договору про закупівлю. Кошти, що внесені Постачальником у формі депозиту (безвідсоткового) на рахунок Замовника, до моменту укладення цього Договору, в якості забезпечення виконання умов Договору Постачальником, у розмірі 5% від вартості Договору повертаються після належного виконання Постачальником умов Договору, а також у разі визнання судом Договору про закупівлю недійсними та згідно з умовами, зазначеними в договорі, але не пізніше ніж протягом п’яти банківських днів з дня настання зазначених обставин. Реквізити Бенефіціара: Квартирно-експлуатаційний відділ міста Житомир (код ЄДРПОУ 08492505), р/р UA 918201720355109004008000838 в Державній казначейській службі України у м. Києві МФО 820172.
