Розрахунки по Договору здійснюються після прийняття Товару у власність Покупця, що підтверджується видатковою накладною, в якій зазначено номенклатуру (асортимент), кількість і ціна Товару, який перейшов у власність Покупця, та загальну суму для оплати Товару. Вид закупівлі: Спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень; Єдиним критерієм оцінки пропозицій на дану закупівлю є ціна - 100 %.
