Description:

Розрахунки за виконані роботи Замовник здійснює протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 про кінцевий результат робіт (згідно з додатками до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013), за умови реєстрації Підрядником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Підрядником рахунку-фактури. Якщо Підрядник не є платником Податку на додану вартість, умови в частині реєстрації Підрядником усіх належним чином оформлених податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних не застосовуються.
