Закупівля здійснюється для виконання заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19). Процедура закупівель здійснюється відповідно до Закону України … «Про публічні закупівлі» (абз. 4 п. 31 Розділу X: на період дії встановленого Кабінетом Міністрів України карантину, відповідно до Закону України "Про захист населення від інфекційних хвороб", закупівля товарів (крім лікарських засобів, вакцин або інших медичних імунобіологічних препаратів, розхідних матеріалів для надання медичної допомоги хворим на COVID-19 та медичних виробів для вакцинації від COVID-19, медичного обладнання для закладів охорони здоров’я, що надають допомогу пацієнтам, хворим на COVID-19, систем постачання медичних газів) та послуг, необхідних для виконання заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19), здійснюється в порядку, встановленому цим Законом для спрощених закупівель.), Закону України «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України, спрямованих на запобігання виникнення і поширення коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19)»
